Track Your Order - GlamourGrace

Tracking your order is easy! Follow the steps below to check the status of your purchase.


1. Find Your Order Number

To track your order, you first need to locate your Order Number. You can find it in:

  • Order Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after your order is placed.
  • Order Details Page: If you have an account with us, you can log in and check your order details under your account dashboard.

2. Go to the Corresponding Courier Website

Once you have your Order Number, visit the courier website used for shipping your order. You can find the tracking link and carrier information in your Order Confirmation Email.

On the courier website, enter your Order Number or Tracking Number to see the real-time status of your shipment.


3. Order Status Updates

You can check the following statuses on the courier website:

  • Pending: The order has been received but not yet processed.
  • Shipped: The order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on its way.
  • Delivered: The order has successfully arrived at your designated address.
  • Delayed: If there is a delay, the courier will provide an updated delivery date.
