Note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for standard shipping, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout before you finalize your purchase. For your convenience, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the package.
4. International Shipping
We are proud to offer international shipping to many countries. During checkout, you can select your country, and available shipping options will be displayed. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply upon delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the cost of shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the package. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If the order is undeliverable and returned to us, we may offer a refund (excluding shipping costs) or resend the package upon payment of the reshipping fees.
